Mental health and EMDR

EMDR is a psychotherapeutic approach with extensive scientific validation, endorsed by the WHO since 2013 as a therapy of choice for post-traumatic stress disorder. Over time, more and more studies demonstrate its effectiveness with a wide variety of symptoms and emotional problems.

Our daily experience working with EMDR, helping people process traumatic experiences and overcome the mental health challenges they face, has inspired us to create this project that has only just begun. Our products are designed with the idea of transmitting messages of support, hope and empowerment both to those who struggle to improve their mental health and to those who help them achieve it.

Each of the products you can see below is designed so that you can also create around you, both in your practice and at home, an environment that promotes your mental and emotional well-being and that of those around you.

This section brings together all those products that we like to have in the office and maybe you do too. EMDR diaries to give to our patients in order to motivate them to write down everything that comes up between sessions that they think is important not to forget... A mug that reminds them to "get on with it"... Cushions with positive messages that, while decorating your office, transmit what is important to remember in session.
